Solved: iPhone 8 Plus no service after insert SIM card

We've received an iPhone 8 Plus from our customer, the problem is that the iPhone 8P dropped before, and then the iPhone 8P is no service after insert the SIM card, if we don't insert the SIM card, the iPhone always prompts "no SIM card Installed". For a dropped iPhone, mostly the iPhone solder pad pins are missing, or the iPhone is short-circuited by dropping. The iPhone 8 plus was dropped before, so we suspect that the solder pads are off the pins. After disassemble the iPhone by phone opening tools , we found the iPhone has been repaired by other repair man, the DSM_LB_E and DSM_HB_E chips on the iPhone motherboard had been removed. Use Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter   to measure the diode data for iPhone solder pad, we found the SCLK_HB_LB_DSM_FILT_E signal for the DSM_LB_E and DSM_HB_E IC is short-circuited. Open the WUXINJI Dongle  to check iPhone schematic diagram and bitmap, we found the previous repair man installed the R1608_E resistor in...

Get Solution For iPhone 5S Camera Error (won’t take photos)

The iPhone 5S camera got some error, the iPhone 5S won't take photos. According to our experience, the iPhone 5S camera failure mostly caused by power supply issue.  The iPhone 5S power supply issue: the socket is virtual welding or corrosion,    the inductance of channel is corroded and fall off.  Check iPhone 5S rear camera diagram on WUXINJI Dongle , f or the L29, L30, L28, FL43 components, it is easy to cause no power supply after water corrosion, the problem can be solved by short connection, U210 and U13, the two small glass IC also easily damaged cause no voltage output, it can be short connected as picture 2. Be careful not to use hot air gun  to remove the U210 and U13, because the Baseband chip is next to them! If you remove it with a hot air gun, the baseband chip will short. First remove the black glue from the IC and heat with the HAKKOsoldering iron . Let's take a look at the circuit diagram of the front camera interface J1, a...

iPhone 5S Audio Failure—Fix Details Are Here!

We are going to repair iPhone 5S audio part issues in this article. The audio part is made up of iPhone audio IC -U21 and ringtone amplification IC-U22. 1. If there is no any voice on iPhone 5S, first we need to check each power supply on U21 circuit whether they are normal. If there is a voltage is abnormal, we need to handle it first; if all voltage works normally, then re-install or replace the U21. 2. If the receiver has no sound ( normal call mode ) , replace the receiver and flex cable, check the channel of the receiver, check short connection for FL51 and FL 51, re-install or replace audio U21. 3. If your voice can't be heard ( normal call mode), replace the iPhone tail plug flex cable, check the microphone channel, check short connection FL49, check if C222 and C333 are dropped or replaced, re-install or replace audio U21. Furthermore, after make the phone call, please use Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter   to measure the power supply on microscope to check wh...

Alerts: iPhone 6 shows red temperature warning after boot--Fixed

There is an alerts when    iPhone 6 is  turned on, the iPhone 6 shows red temperature warning, "iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it". It's dangerous, we need to fix it. First disassemble the iPhone 6 by phone opening tools, carefully remove the iPhone logic board. Second, check iPhone schematic diagram on WUXINJI Dongle . Third, measure the iPhone logic board with DC power supply, the boot current is normal without any leakage or large current. Fourth, when we're going to measure the  thermistor, we find that the  component R1310 is missing. Remove the new  thermistor from other damaged logic board, then a pply some solder paste and use QUICK 861DW hot air station  to solder it to the same place.  Fifth, measure it again with DC power supply, the data it normal.  Finally, install the iPhone, press the iPhone power button , now the  iPhone has not warned the temperature is too high, smoothly into ...
