Resolved: iPhone 6S Plus no displays but has response to computer

Have you been met iPhone 6s Plus no displays when turned on, but it asks you to key the password after connecting the computer. In this time, you have no idea what to do? and this has a great impact on your daily life. So , let's see how to resolved it.

First, disassemble the iPhone and take out the motherboard, charge it with DC power and turn it on. DC power shows power on current changes normally, but screen displays nothing. Most cases like this are caused by abnormal screen power supply.

Then, use multimeter to measure the diode data of display screen interface, finding no short circuit or open circuit. Next measure the display power supply, as shown in picture 1-1. Multimeter shows the capacitor C4002 on bootstrap circuit of power supply chip U4000 is 2v voltage which is lower than 6v voltage when disconnecting display screen.

Finally, check the U4000, and we found the working condition of U4000 is normal. So we think the damage is inside it. After replacing it, trouble is removed. The material object is shown in picture 1-2.The iPhone 6s Plus can back to normal, and you can use the phone happily.
