Troubleshooting guide for iPhone 7 unknown error 4013

The iPhone 7  occasionally no signal, so we use iTunes to flash it, but the iPhone stuck on iTunes mode and then reports unknown error 4013. We suspected it's the iPhone baseband reason. Here is the troubleshooting guide.  Disassemble the iPhone, remove the iPhone motherboard.  Use Fluke digital multimer  to check whether the resistance of each circuit of baseband power supply is normal. The test points of each circuit can be found more accurately based on the WUXINJI schematic diagram , and the corresponding components can be found on the bitmap for testing. After testing, the resistance of baseband power PP_VSW_S4 is only 45, but the normal resistance value should be more than 500. This circuit is connected to main power supply, base band power supply, small radio frequency and large radio frequency. The cell phone can be properly connected without taking into account the main power supply. First, the baseband power is taken d...

Guide: iPhone 7 baseband s5 working principle/ damaged process/repair method

Many people are confused about the iPhone 7 baseband failure because they don't know how to fix it. Luckily, here is guide for  iPhone 7 baseband s5 working principle, damaged process and repair method.  For the iPhone 6 Plus touch M1, iPhone 6 baseband u1v1 and iPhone 7 audio problems, the traditional solution is that   welding iPhone touch IC  or re-install touch IC to fix iPhone 6P touch problem, but after a while it need to be repaired again.  After   continuing to explore and experiment,  we all know that we can fix this problem completely by soldering the jump wire . The baseband u1v1 and audio problems can also be used in the same way.  In fact, the real problem is that the first layer of these iPhone motherboard layer circuit lines is very fragile, easy to disconnect or virtual welding, some are not broken by the naked eye, but in fact it is almost disconnected, weak links, at a critical point. Now, let...

iPhone 6 No Display? Try to fix baseband CPU

The iPhone 6 doesn't display after boot, first connect it to DPS DC power supply  to check the current, the iPhone boot current tested is normal, the iPhone 6 turned on but the screen no display. Disassemble the iPhone logic board and observe it under the Stereo Zoom Microscope , we find the iPhone Nand flash has been repaired before, and other parts not. However, because the iPhone Nand flash has nothing to do with the display, so we can ignore this problem. Measure the resistance value for display socket by digital multimeter , we find the all resistance value is normal. Since the resistance is normal, then we need to measure the display power supply. Install the iPhone display screen and test it, the display +5.7V and -5.7V all are normal, but when measuring the 1.8V voltage of the display reset, no voltage was found. After checking iPhone schematic diagram on the WUXINJI Dongle , we know that the display reset signal is directly provided by CPU, no volta...

Solved: iPhone 6 Plus crash or no display frequently

The iPhone 6 Plus often crash or no display frequently during the normal use, we need to solve these problems.  Tear down iPhone 6P by phone opening tools, take out the iPhone 6 Plus motherboard, it looks good, no obviously damage.  Connect iPhone motherboard to the DC power supply to measure its boot current first, the data is normal. Install the iPhone screen to test, there are no lights and no display, we suspect that the iPhone 6 Plus sometimes display, sometimes not.  We can find out the failure point by observing iPhone motherboard, we need to measure the iPhone motherboard. Measure the ground  resistance   and power supply for dis play socket, all is normal.  Replace the iPhone light control IC U1501, and then test it, but the problem still there.  Remove the U1501, measure the  resistance   value for its bottom pin by digital multimeter,   the B2 pin is measured no resistance,  the problem was found. Check...

Speaker and handset no sound on Redmi—How to fix?

When playing the music on Redmi, there is no sound from the speaker. When we receive the phone calls, there is also no sound from the handset.  What's going on? How to fix?  Here is the guide. Disassemble the Xiaomi Redmi by phone opening tools , use digital multimeter  to measure the EAR_DET voltage, after measurement, there is no voltage and it is short circuit , R1904 is short circuit. Take out the R1904 by Precision Titanium Alloy Tweezers , we find the capacitor DCD_HS_DET is short circuit. Check Redmi schematic diagram , we know that CDC_HS_DET leads to a Redmi power supply IC. Test the Redmi, we find the power supply IC is overheat, replace the new Redmi power supply IC . Now find a 2.2K (222 capacitor), and then replace the R1904 capacitor, use QUICK 861DW  hot air rework station to solder it with jump wire. Soldering the Redmi power supply IC by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station, and then measure it again, the data tested...

Fix iPhone 6S stuck on white Apple logo with Nand flash repairing

If your iPhone 6S won't turn on when press the iPhone power button, the iPhone 6S just stuck on white Apple logo or it just shows black screen. Connect it to computer, the iPhone unable to access to iTunes mode but DFU mode,  according to our experience, it's not the iPhone U2 IC problem, it is caused by iPhone Nand flash or iPhone baseband CPU . Check iPhone schematic diagram in the WUXINJI Dongle, first we measure the iPhone 6S power supply, t he two 1.8V are on C1534 and C1560 respectively, 0.9V is on C1548, and 3.0V is on C1502, and the NAND voltage is normal. You need to take down the pin resistance of the NAND to see if there is a break between the CPU and the NAND chip. Next, test whether the NAND itself is damaged. The protective measures should be pre heated by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to remove glue( about 220 degrees ). Choose the thinnest blade, except for the right side of the adhesive, there must be some small resistance around it. If it falls...
