Solved: iPhone 6 won't turn on after dropping to water

This iPhone 6 dropped into water, we picked it up as soon as we can, but the iPhone 6 still was damaged, it won't turn on.  When we press the iPhone power button, the iPhone 6 just keep black screen, it doesn't respond. iPhone 6S boot failure- fix damaged iPhone logic board

Why iPhone 6S doesn't boot successfully after pressing the power button? We tried recharge and replace the screen and battery, but the iPhone 6S still doesn't boot.  This iPhone 6S was dropped before, so we suspected the iPhone logic board is damaged.
