In general, what we need to replace are those three components, Nand Flash, baseband and eeprom IC. 1. Use HOT AIR GUN; to disassemble the NAND Flash.

2. Deal with the ponding pad of NAND Flash, need the BGA Reballing Stencil and UV Solder Resist Mask.

3. Continue to dissemble the baseband.

4. Deal with the ponding pad of baseband.

5. Import the data of new IMEI chip into the original ID panel.

6. Assemble the new NAND and baseband, then use iTunes to flash this iPhone 5S.

7. Now you can boot and activate it, and use it normally.
