Get new solution to fix iPhone 6 Plus grayed WIFI button issue


Here is the iPhone 6 Plus is damaged by falling, the iPhone WIFI button is grayed out, it won't open, so the iPhone WIFI function is unable to use. We all know how important the WiFi function is, so we need to fix it. Luckily, here are the new solution to fix iPhone 6P grayed WIFI button issue.

Use screwdrivers to remove the screws that next to the iPhone lightning port, and then heat iPhone by CPB LCD screen separator to take off the iPhone display assembly. 

After remove the iPhone screen, remove the iPhone battery, and then take out the iPhone motherboard. 

Observing the iPhone motherboard by Stereo Zoom Microscope , the iPhone WIFI IC is abnormal,we need to remove the iPhone WIFI IC.

With the help of the QUICK 861DW hot air rework station and tweezers, we remove the iPhone WIFI IC quickly and smoothly.  After removed the iPhone WIFI IC, we found there are 18 pieces pin are missing.

Clean up the solder pad, and then use fill the missing pins, apply some green UV oil to those pins, use UV light lamp to solidify them.  

Assemble the iPhone motherboard, power on iPhone 6P to test the iPhone wifi function, now the iPhone WIFI button works normally, it can be turned on and off normally.  Other functions tested also are normal, the repairs end!
