When we press powerbutton, the iPhone 6 shows
Apple logo, and then auto reboot. This situation has been circulating, what's
going on?
Disassemble the iPhone 6, then measure the
logic eeprom IC diode data with multimeter, the results were 443 and 657,the diode data of
AP_BI_EEPROM_I2C_SDA is too large, this case could be caused by iPhone 6 was
dropped, the solder pad was disconnected.
Today, Vip Pro Shop Team will introduce a
new method to solve this issue, solder jump wire without remove CPU, and just directly scrape the CPU and the solder
jump wire.
Observe the logic board under the stereo microscope, as shown in picture
7-5-3.
Then start scraping from the upper CPU,
according the size of logic board and scrap it. As shown in picture 7-5-4, 7-5-5, 7-5-6.
Find the corresponding point on the logic
board, soldering jump wire and paint green UV Fluxes
Oil on it. As shown in picture 7-7-7.
Please note it, when scraping the middle CPU, be sure to be more
careful. If you scrape off the other lines, the consequences are serious.
After finish the jumper wire, assemble the
iPhone, then power on and test it, it can boot properly and go into the IOS.
The problem has been solved, the maintenance is over. As shown in picture 7-7-8
