iPhone 6 failed to flash -- what to do?

When flash iPhone 6 as before, it is failed. what to do?

Brush iPhone 6 again, insert iPhone USB lightning cable and then directly inter the DFU mode. Use iTunes to flash iPhone till it runs on 20%, it reports FORTrueData file error. 

According our repair experience, we suspect that it is caused by iPhone logic eeprom IC or iPhone Nand flash.

Put iPhone on the WL Aluminum Alloy Pad, and then use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone 6, carefully take off the iPhone motherboard, and put it under the microscope, we found the iPhone Nand flash was previously repaired.

Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to remove the iPhone Nand flash, finding that there are much copper dropped out from the Nand flash.


We need to replace the new Nand flash. Take a iPhone Nand flash, and then use JC pro 1000s iPhone chip programmer to  write the original underlying data on new iPhone nand flash.

Now, we weld the new iPhone nand flash to iPhone logic board, and then install the iPhone to test. 

Connect iPhone to computer and then use iTunes to flash it again, now the iPhone can be flashed smoothly and get into IOS successfully.
