Find a iPhone junk motherboard, take out an vibrator, and then install it to the iPhone 8.
After replacement, power on iPhone 8 to test it, the iPhone mute button, it has response.
Go to Settings to check, enter the test interface, the vibration function of the first few tests is normal, and the next thing is that there is no vibration function. What's going on? Is the IC burned? We need to remove the IC and then test it.
Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to remove the iPhone vibrator IC, and then check iPhone schematic diagram via ZXW Dongle.
Use digital multimeter to measure several related components, the resistance value tested are normal. Replace the new IC, but the problem still the same. Is the vibrator problem?
Replace the new vibrator, and then test the iPhone, seems the vibration function is normal.
Install the iPhone 8, power on iPhone and test it, now the vibration is working.
