Here is an drop damaged iPhone 6 Plus, it can be turned on , but the problem is that the iPhone 6P touch function is not working. If you are facing same iPhone touch function problem, please don't worry, you can get a solution here!
Firstly, replace the new iPhone display assembly screen. Because the iPhone 6 Plus dropped before, so perhaps the iPhone touch screen is damaged. After replacement, test it, unfortunately, the problem still exists.
Next, we need to check iPhone motherboard, because possibly the iPhone motherboard is damaged by dropping, in resulting the iPhone touch function failure.
Disassemble the iPhone 6 Plus, take out the iPhone motherboard, re-install the iPhone touch IC, restart it, the iPhone 6 Plus auto restart when the white Apple logo appears. The boot current tested jumps from 300mA, which is abnormal.
Remove the iPhone touch IC, and then use digital multimeter to measure the resistance value of the bottom of the board, the data is normal.
Now, remove the iPhone U2 IC, and test the boot current, the data is still the same. Measure the resistance value for the bottom pin of the U2, we found the F4 Pin PP3.0V is shorted. This circuit is connected to the iPhone big power , iPhone fingerprint power supply and U5411_RF.
Supply power to iPhone and turn it on again, the U5411_RF is over heat. Remove two components next to the iPhone USB charge IC, the iPhone can be turned on smoothly. Now we can confirmed that this problem is caused by damaged U5411_RF.
Put iPhone under the microscope, carefully remove the U5411_RF, and then install the new one.
Test it again, all data tested are normal. Install the iPhone 6 Plus, turn on iPhone 6P, after entering the IOS system, test the iPhone touch function, it can work properly.
