Solved: iPhone 8 won’t activate and stuck on Apple logo


Apple iPhone stuck on Apple logo and won't turn on is common problem, here is an iPhone 8 with this problem, the iPhone 8 stuck on white Apple logo and won't activate, we need to solve this problem.


Use screwdriver to remove the screws next the iPhone lightning port, and then put iPhone 8 on the CPB screen separator, and then we can disassemble the iPhone 8 quickly.

First we need to measure the power supply voltage of iPhone home button, the value measured is normal.  Next, test 3D flex cable, it's normal.  Remove the iPhone home button to test iPhone home button flex cable, it's also normal. 

Take out the iPhone motherboard, put is under the Stereo Zoom Microscope to observe, we can see that one the connector J5800 has the trace of repairing, we try to fix it by replacing J5800.

Apply some high-temperature adhesive tape to the components next to the J58-, and then use hot air gun to remove the J5800 . 

Use PCB cleaner to clean up the solder pad, when it's cool down, assemble the iPhone iPhone motherboard and battery, connect iPhone display assembly. 

Press the iPhone power button, the Apple logo appears smoothly, after few seconds, the iPhone is entering the IOS properly, it's back to normal. 

Now, following the steps to activate the iPhone 8, after activation, test the functions on iPhone, all works good.
