Help! My iPhone 6 has weak signal problem-- Fixed!


When using iPhone 6 as usual, i found something wrong, the iPhone 6 signal is weak, and the weak iPhone signal causes many problems, the iPhone runs slowly, we have to fix it.


Put iPhone on the WL Aluminum Alloy Pad, and then open the iPhone LCD screen with phone repair tools,  remove the iPhone motherboard.

Measuring the iPhone current by DC power supply, the current is normal. 

Check iPhone schematic diagram in the WUXINJI Dongle, we know that there is  an inductance L4608 powered by B+ to the iPhone antenna switch, so we suspect that the inductance L4608 was damaged.


Put iPhone under the  Stereo Zoom Microscope, and then use tweezers to remove the inductance L4608. 

Cleaning the solder pad by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station, and then install the new inductance L4608. After replacement, test the iPhone, the problem still there.

Now, we are going to short connect L4608.  Put iPhone logic board under the Stereo Zoom Microscope, use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to solder a jumper wire on L4608.


Finally, assemble the iPhone, press the iPhone power button, get into IOS, now the iPhone signal displays normally. After using iPhone 6 for a while, the iPhone signal stays in the stable status and works perfectly.
