After turn on iPhone 6S front camera, it can't take photos, the iPhone front camera is damaged, how to fix it?
Disassemble the iPhone 6S by phone opening tools, and then replace the new iPhone front camera. After replacement, test it again, but the iPhone front camera still not working.
Disassemble it again, remove the iPhone motherboard, carefully observe the socket, the socket is fine, and there are no
false weld and rust in the pin position. SO, we need to measure the resistance
by Digital Multimeter, and we found the problem, the ninth
pin of the socket is shorted.
This set of circuits is powered by a power
supply directly through the front camera 2.85V of the inductance FL3104, remove
the inductance FL3104 by Titanium Alloy Tweezers,we found it's short circuit between inductance and power Y2 pin.
According to the experience, first we
should try to use the electric shock method (valid for data cables such as
straight-through CPU and power supplies, typically with voltages between 1.8
and 3V). After measurement, it is ground short circuit, we can try to fix
it by borrowing a voltage from other place method. Use QUICK 861DW hot air
rework station to solder the jumper wire from front camera 23 pin
photosensitive 3V power supply (be sure to disconnect the FL3104 inductor)
At last, assemble the iPhone, and turn the iPhone camera to test, now the iPhone front camera works properly.
