1. Why ZXW V3.0 software not working properly?

Because ZXWTEAM is still optimizing ZXW online account, and usually the software updates automatically, but some regional software updates fail, you can contact your supplier or seller to get a new download link to install the new software.

2. Why does it show that ZXW online account is about to expire?

Some users feedback that the software reports that their ZXW online account is going to expire， but actually they bought 1 year valid time.


As we know, when ZXW online account just released (promotion period), it needs a special link to register, this special link not only allows users to successfully register, but also provides a 10-day free use period (test version).  Therefore, please check if you’ve activates the ZXW online account, or you are using the test version for 10 days.

3. How to change language for ZXW online account?

After activate the ZXW online account, it's Chinese language if you don't change it, in order to change the language,

- first click "T"， choose "S"


- Choose language


- Close the software, and then turn it on again.

Note:  please don't choose "Server" by yourself.

4. Can it be used on MacBook?

Now the ZXW online account can’t be used on MacBook, it only can be used on windows system for now.

5. Can it be used on different computers?

Yes, the ZXW online account can be used on different computers, but it can't be used on multiple computers at the same time.

6. Does it have the blackfish function?

Yes, it has the blackfish function, but not release yet; the ZXWTEAM still working on it, the blackfish function will be released later.
