After heating for a while, use LCD screen to open the screen, and then use pry tool to remove the iPhone display assembly.
Install a new iPhone XS screen, press the power button to turn it on, go to Settings to check True Tone function, it's unavailable. Remove the iPhone XS screen again.

Now connect the iPhone XS new screen to JC V1 programmer, and then use JC V1 programmer to write the original screen data we just read to the new screen. Once done, take off the iPhone XS new screen.
Assemble the new screen to the iPhone XS, and then turn it on, test the iPhone XS True Tone function, it's working properly now.
