There are many people like to play the
phone when they walking and this increases the risk of falling on your cell
phone. There is a case which iPhone 6 was dropped in the floor, it can turn on
to use, but used for a while or when it in charge, the screen turns white and
reboots repeatedly. So, what's the real problem of this iPhone 6? We need to
find it and fix it.
1. After measure this iPhone 6, we find
that CPU is pseudo soldering. We have to
remove CPU and remount it. First remove CPU and clean the exposed copper on its
solder pad. Use UV Solder Resist to paint
the exposed copper and use ultraviolet Light to solidify it, as shown in picture 1-1.
2. At the bottom right corner, there are
missing joints. One of them is the pin to fingerprint EEPOM. Press the pin with multimeter and there is diode data if we press
hard. Thus, we know that the board is disconnected. Doing Jump wire from the solder pad, as shown in
picture 1-2.
3. Solder CPU and jump the wire to fingerprint EEPOM, as shown in picture 1-3.
4. The fingerprint EEPOM at motherboard is
shown in picture 1-4.
Finally, it can turn on normally, but for
insurance purposes, we root to test. After rooting, the iPhone 6 can return to
normal work.
