The iPhone X rear camera is not working, because the pisn of the iPhone X rear camera socket are missing. We can get the solution here.
After we get the iPhone X, use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone X, and then we found the pins of the camera socket are missing when the colleague disassemble the iPhone X rear camera, as a result, the working condition of iPhone X rear camera is abnormal.
Carefully take out the iPhone X motherboard. Put iPhone X motherboard under the microscope to observe, we saw that some of the solder pad have been removed without heating by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station, we are not sure if it's a pin tear-off or a dropped damaged, the iPhone X motherboard is slightly deformed.
First we should handle the solder pad of the J3900 camera socket, make it flat, apply the tin, and then soldering the jumper wire.
After soldering the jumper wire, connect the one by one, apply some green UV oil to solidify it.
Now apply the tin balls to the jumper wire, and then weld the socket. Next apply the tin to those pins that not connect well and soldering them to make them solidification.
Finally, assemble the iPhone and turn it on, open the camera App to test it, now the iPhone X rear camera is working properly.
