Best solution for iPhone 6S won’t turn on problem( hardware)


Here is an iPhone 6S with won't turn on problem, it's caused by hardware problem. Actually, the iPhone not turning on is common problem. If you are facing this problem, first you should try software solutions, such as update IOS, restore iPhone. After we tried these software solutions, this iPhone 6S still won't turn on, then we need to check hardware problem.


Disassemble the iPhone 6S by phone opening tools, connect iPhone motherboard to the DPS DC power supply, the boot current stuck in 50mA, which is abnormal.

Remove the iPhone motherboard,  check the appearance of iPhone motherboard, there is no water damage or drop damaged phenomenon. 

Put it under the Trinocular Stereo Microscope, and observe carefully, we found there is a bruise next to the iPhone Nand flash that hit by screws.


Scrape the circuits on the bottom by BGA graver blade, and then apply some green UV oil to it, blow it by QUICK 861DW hot air rework station.

At last, install the iPhone 6S, press the iPhone power button, the iPhone is turned on properly. After get into IOS, test all functions on iPhone, they works well.
