The iPhone 6S display screen half black and half light during the normal use, after restart the iPhone 6S, the iPhone display screen problem still there. Here is the repair guide for it.
Disassemble the iPhone 6S, take out the iPhone motherboard.
First
check the display base J4200, we didn't find any problem from the appearance.
When
the resistance to the ground is measured by a Fluke
digital multimeter, the
resistance values of 1# and 3# are the same, and there is a connection between
1# and 3# by measuring, it is judged that there is a tin link between the two
pin.
Clean
the black glue around the base, tin ball is seen between the two circuit,
leading to the two circuit connecting. This is the main cause of the failure of
half black screen.
Use BGA graver blade to gently remove the tin ball , measure it again, all data tested is normal.
Now, install the iPhone 6S, press the iPhone power button to turn it on, the iPhone display screen displays normally now.
