Get real solution for iPhone 6 Plus no backlight no display problem


Here we can get real solution for iPhone 6 Plus no backlight and no display problems.  This iPhone 6 Plus LCD screen has no display, after try software solutions, the iPhone 6 Plus still no display, we need to fix it with hardware solution. 


Firstly, we need disassemble the iPhone 6 Plus by using phone opening tools, and then remove the iPhone motherboard. 

After observing the iPhone motherboard under the Integrated Microscope, we found the iPhone  motherboard has been repaired once.  The iPhone display touch IC of the iPhone motherboard, iPhone light control IC U1501 and NUT column all have been removed.  Continue to check, we found the bottom of the NUT column on the iPhone motherboard has been hit by a long screw. 

Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station and BGA remove graver to scrape it, there is no disconnection phenomenon.

Use digital multimeter to measure the resistance value for the D3# layer of the iPhone display touch power supply IC U1501, there is no resistance, which is abnormal.

Open WUXINJI Dongle to check iPhone schematic diagram, we know this fault can be fixed by soldering jumper wire.  Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to solder a jump wire from resistor R0302 to U1501D3#, and then install a good U1501.


After installation, measure the iPhone 6P again, now the data tested is normal. Assemble the iPhone 6 Plus, press the iPhone power button, the white Apple logo appears normally, and the iPhone get into IOS smoothly. 

Using iPhone for a while, everything goes well.
