The iPhone has no sound from the receiver, when we answer the call, there is no voice, but we are sure the someone's talking at the other end of the phone. Receiver problem is a common problem for iPhone, it's generally caused by iPhone audio part. Now, we need to know how to fix it.
Use phone opening tool to disassemble the iPhone 6, take out the iPhone
motherboard.
Observe the iPhone motherboard. Observe
this iPhone 6 closely with our eyes, the iPhone motherboard has been repaired,
the motherboard has traces of water.
Remove the iPhone big audio IC. Put iPhone
motherboard under the Stereo Zoom Microscope, and then use tweezers to remove the
iPhone big audio IC. After remove the iPhone big audio IC, we found the bottom
pin was corroded.
Use the BGA
remove graver to clean the corroded part, and then use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to solder the
jumper wire on it, and then apply some green UV oil to fix it.
Install the iPhone
big audio IC(VC530)to the motherboard, and then assemble the iPhone.
Press the iPhone power button, get into IOS and test it, now the iPhone receiver is normal, other functions tested are also normal.
